We are currently seeking talented, energetic, and dedicated maintenance professionals to join our management teams. Candidate should show the following attributes, knowledge, and skills - EPA Certification Type II or Universal- Communicate with Maintenance Service Techs to ensure smooth maintenance operations at the property - Maintenance duties to include plumbing, drywall, electrical, carpentry, appliances, etc.- Complete assigned punches - Ground maintenance for curb appeal - Maintain appropriate inventory levels and expense control to adhere to established budgets - Participates in the On-Call rotation for emergency calls - Adhere to all Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to Community Maintenance - Responds quickly and courteously to resident request for service orders - Repairs and restores services within the quality and time standards of the community - Reports to Property Manager lease violations and community issues requiring immediate attention Education and Background High-school certificate andor computer skills training or 1 yr of background in Multifamily or Real Estate Background.
