Job RequirementsOperation of different machines brake, stamp andor punch press, some sanding and use of small hand toolsdynafile, drill, sanderRead, interpret and follow work instructions and blueprints for positioning parts or assembling componentsUse precision measuring instruments to check partsMaintain accurate production countSeparate, de-bur and stack or pack parts according to work instructionsContinually inspect finished parts and ensure production to blueprint Preventive maintenance of machinesIdentify parts and part numbers properly and report labor and production data using computerSkillsBasic blueprint reading skill preferredUse and read precision measuring instruments calipers, squares, tape measure Expertise to use computer systemAdditionally, employee must have the expertise to lift up to 50 pounds alone and weights heavier than that with the assistance of a coworker or mechanical lifting device.Under normal conditions, this position mandates prolonged periods of standing, bending, stooping, reaching and kneeling while manipulating various tools with hands.Repetitive use of hands is required along with the expertise to do simple grasping and power grasping.
