We are seeking someone to help with the following duties. - Marketing Properties On-line- Social Networking Facebook Pages, Twitter, LinkedIn- Creating Short Videos and Uploading Them to Our Youtube Channel- Creating Craigslist Ads from Templates and Reposting 2-3 Times Per Week- Taking Photos of Properties and Uploading Them to Various Web sites- Inputting Property Info onto Various Web sites- Manipulating PDFs, Writing Out Contracts Efficiently- Showing Properties to Prospective Buyers or Tenants- Working an Occasional Open House Your Keep the Leads- Creating Flyers and Listing Presentations- Maintaining and Updating our Various Web sites Html skills not required as long as you can embed a Youtube video or widget onto a webpage- Creating and Maintaining Our E-mail Marketing Program- Searching Realtracs for Properties for Buyer Clients- Performing CMAs on Properties using Realtracs- Promptly Contacting Leads that are Provided to You- Communicating with Lenders, Title Companies, Inspectors, Appraisers, and Other Realtors Concerning Company Transactions- Inspecting Closing Paperwork for All Agents in our Office to Check for Omissions. The perfect candidate for this position would be a new agent who has a strong interest in becoming a top-producing Realtor, but needs some extra guidance. You will learn how to become a successful agent while you are working. You will also learn how a real estate office is managed. You will be learning every day that you are here You will be working for top-producer Billy Studstill at our office in Green Hills directly beside the Bluebird Cafe. Billy is not only the Owner and Broker at Victory Realty, but he is also a multi-million dollar producer and will help you understand the ins and outs of becoming a successful agent- from prospecting to closing. Billy has received several awards for his sales production and also holds designations that make him an expert in working with buyers, as well as ability in the lucrative short sale and foreclosure market. Minimum experience include- A Tennessee Real Estate License- Background or Strong Interest in Real Estate, Sales, and Marketing- Availability 2-3 days per week Occasional showings on weekends may also be required- Applicant must own a Mac computer that they can bring to work.- Applicant must have a reasonable amount of tech saviness. Our marketing focuses on the internet this is where over 90 of buyers are searching for homes. You must have an understanding of the internet, social networking, and internet marketing.- A Smartphone is required Blackberry, iPhone, Android- Background with editing basic videos imovie photo slideshows is essential.- Strong writing expertise- Strong desire to become a successful real estate agent. Compensation is based on background. You will have many of your real estate expenses covered. Leads will be provided. This position is not intended to make you rich.
